20 years without taxes and a moratorium on inspections: proposals for investors in the Kuril Islands

Zabaikalsky Grain Terminal LLC, an ASEZ Zabaikalye resident, has completed the construction of the Zabaikalsky transborder railway grain terminal by 75%. The investor company Zabaikalsky Grain Terminal LLC plans the transshipment of soybeans, rapeseed, wheat, oats, corn, sunflower and barley totaling 8 million tons a year. The total private investments will reach 9.5 billion rubles, with more than 7 billion rubles already poured into the project.
