A resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the “Titan Development” company, commissioned a new cultural and business center in Arkhangelsk. The volume of investments in the project, implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, amounted to about 87 million rubles. The two-story building was built on the site of the wooden house of merchant Sergeev. The cultural and business center is stylized as the ancient buildings of Arkhangelsk - the basis of the historical landscape of the city. The total area of ​​the building is more than 616 square meters. Residents of the Russian Arctic who are implementing investment projects in the Arkhangelsk region have access to subsidies of 75% of the volume of insurance premiums for the first 10 years, a 5% income tax for the first five years, a simplified tax system for “income” in the amount of 1% and a simplified tax system for “income- expenses" in the amount of 5% for 5 years, as well as a tax deduction for the mineral extraction tax in the amount of 50% for mining companies that have discovered new local deposits (except for coal and hydrocarbons), until 2032.
