“Sleepy tourism” - a new direction of recreation is developing “on hectares” in the Khabarovsk Region

Thanks to the “Hektar” program and government support, the number of tourism projects offering comfortable holidays at affordable prices is increasing in the Far East. In the Khabarovsk Region, on the banks of the mountain river Khor, the recreation center “Zaimka Uzaly” operates “on hectares”. The beauty of the Far Eastern nature and the high level of service make the project popular, despite the relative remoteness of the location: the road from Khabarovsk to the camp site takes 1.5 hours by car. Recently, “Zaimka Uzaly” has been offering guests a new type of service: “sleepy tourism.” Getting enough sleep for a modern person is an increasingly difficult task: according to opinion polls, about 35% of respondents report that they sleep less than 7 hours a day. Therefore, the number of recreational projects offering guests quality sleep as the main service is growing in the world. Massage chairs, good books, bathing in a sauna tub and meditative music on smart speakers help guests fall asleep quickly. Ideal conditions for a good rest are complemented by pristine nature, clean air, peace and tranquility. “Nature has not yet come up with a better way than sleep to restore strength. After sleeping in the fresh air, our guests return home rested
