120 representatives of 19 regions of the Far East and the Arctic took part in the full-time module, which opened the educational program “Woman Leader. North and Far East". The event was held on the basis of the “Senezh” Management Workshop of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities”. A large interregional educational project is being implemented by the Senezh Management Workshop in partnership with the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC), the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum under the Federation Council of Russia and Kamchatka State University named after Vitus Bering (KamSU ). The selection of candidates for participation in the project was carried out by the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Russian Arctic at the request of the FEDC. Educational program “Woman Leader. North and Far East" is held for women from the regions of the Far East and the Arctic with the aim of developing personal competencies, leadership qualities, as well as creating a community of women capable of solving important problems of the socio-economic development of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Russian Arctic. Start of the first training module of the “Woman Leader”. North and Far East" program was held with the participation of the Vice-Rector for the implementation of special programs of the “Senezh” Management Workshop of the presidential platform "Russia - a Land of Opportunities", coordinator of the "Woman Leader" program Maria Afonina and Deputy Head of the Ministry of Eastern Development of Russia Elvira Nurgalieva.
