Yuri Trutnev: Our task is to make Russia stronger

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev and the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Aisen Nikolaev held a meeting with the management of the “VOIN” Center and discussed the work of the center's branch in Yakutsk. Since the start of the "VOIN" Center, about 400 instructors have been trained under a special program, more than half of whom are combat veterans, including participants in a special military operation. Since the start of the "VOIN" Center, 35 thousand young men and women have been trained. Of these, more than 20 thousand people from among young people aged 14-18 have been trained in the format of the summer military-patriotic shifts "Time of Young Heroes". By the end of this year, the Center will train another 10 thousand young men and women, that is, for the whole of 2024, the “VOIN” Center will train 30 thousand young people across the country. Feedback on the work of the branch in Yakutia is good. Yesterday I met with the employees of the “VOIN” Center in Kamchatka. Our common goal is to ensure that the training gives something not only to the younger generation, but makes our country stronger," Yuri Trutnev opened the meeting. The task of the President of Russia - to build the future on a solid foundation, in which the foundation is patriotism - the Center "VOIN" fulfills. The Center is developing a draft Manuel "Basics of Primary Military Training", now the work is in the final stage. In the current academic year, it is planned to begin test training on this Manuel for cadets of the Center "VOIN" and students of some educational organizations. The Center for Military-Sports Training and Patriotic Education of Youth "VOIN" was created on the instructions of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and implements programs for patriotic education and military-sports training for schoolchildren and students, including practical training camps and military-sports games.
