In Moscow, the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) chaired meetings of the Investment Councils on off-budget projects for long-term comprehensive development plans for Primorsky and Khabarovsky Regions. Representatives of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and FEDC, as well as representatives of regional governments, participated in the meeting.

The investment council for Primorsky Region examined 52 off-budget projects within the framework of the implementation of master plans for the cities of Vladivostok, Artem, Arsenyev, Ussuriysk, Nakhodka, and Bolshoy Kamen, and the investment council for Khabarovsk Region examined 23 projects for Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur. In addition, public and private investment support measures and organizational measures to expedite the completion of projects by the specified deadlines were also discussed.
