An FPV resident will supply Primorye residents with 3,000 tons of fresh vegetables annually

“AGROSHEN”, a resident of the “Free Port Vladivostok” (FPV) special economic zone, is set to launch an agro-industrial complex designed for the cultivation of vegetables and herbs in both open-field and protected-ground environments. The project will supply local residents with fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants, cabbage, carrots, pumpkins, beets, and potatoes, as well as dill, parsley, and cilantro. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is committing over 24.4 million rubles and creating 148 new jobs.

"Our project is quite large-scale, with a planted area of approximately 127.4 hectares. The complex will employ 148 specialists, including vegetable and crop growers, agronomists, tractor operators, and mechanics. Resident status in the Free Port zone will facilitate the project's implementation. Thanks to the support provided by the FEDC, we expect to launch the complex in the first quarter of 2027," said Sergey Zagoruyko, General Director of “AGROSHEN” LLC.

The project involves the construction of 22 greenhouses, the acquisition of agricultural machinery and attachments, and the development of warehouse and staff facilities.
