A resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ launched a workshop to produce 3 million wall blocks and 36 thousand cubic meters of concrete per year
The company "QARRY-BETON DV" launched the production of wall blocks, paving stones and ready-mixed concrete in the priority development area (ASEZ) "Khabarovsk". The workshop with a capacity of 3 million wall hollow screening blocks (or paving stones) and 36 thousand cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete per year was created under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Investments in the project amounted to about 100 million rubles, 44 jobs were created.
“The company will not pay property, profit and land taxes for the first 5 years, insurance premiums will be reduced to 7.6% for 10 years. These and other government support measures make it possible to launch enterprises in the Khabarovsk Territory that produce in-demand products, including building materials. This investment project helps satisfy the demand for high-quality building materials both among developers implementing complex projects and private consumers. In the future, we expect growth of the production of building materials in the comfortable conditions of the ASEZ regime. Demand will be ensured by the implementation of the “Far Eastern Quarter” program and other large-scale construction projects. It is important that tax benefits and administrative preferences have a positive impact not only on the commissioning of new enterprises, but also on the cost of both building materials and a square meter of housing and commercial real estate,” noted Irina Serova, director of the Regional “Khabarovsk FEDC”.
