The implementation of master plans for cities in the Far East is developing the market of architectural and design firms in the macro-region

Gasan Gasanbalaev, Deputy General Director for Social Development at the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), visited the production site of “Concrete Jungle” architectural firm in Vladivostok. The company is participating in the implementation of Vladivostok's master plan and improvement projects as part of the Competition for the Best Projects to Create a Comfortable Urban Environment for Municipalities in the Far East. During the working meeting, prospects for collaboration and the possibility of assisting the company in obtaining resident status in a priority development area (ASEZ) or the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) were discussed.

“Concrete Jungle” operates on a vertically integrated model, combining architectural design, structural fabrication, and turnkey urban project implementation. The company develops integrated landscaping, creating hardscapes, art installations, and contemporary public spaces. Following the meeting, the parties agreed to develop a roadmap for cooperation and begin procedural support for the company's application for residency in a priority development area (ASEZ) or the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV). Obtaining preferential treatment will allow “Concrete Jungle” to optimize its investment burden, expand production capacity, and strengthen its participation in the implementation of master plan projects in cities across the Far East.
