The project presentation brought together approximately 70 representatives from Far Eastern businesses, government agencies, and research institutions. Participants discussed the potential of the new platform for developing private-label products and launching test batches without building a separate production facility.
Potential users of the center include prepared food and private-label food producers, retail chains, and hospitality companies. For retailers, the technology opens the possibility of developing ready-to-eat meal lines without relying on refrigeration. Restaurants will be able to create culinary souvenirs that are easy to transport and store at room temperature.
