A customs warehouse with an area of 40 hectares will be created in the Amur Region in the border zone
A new resident of the priority development territory (ASEZ) “Amurskaya”, the company “Prompark Rovnoe” will create in the region a modern specialized customs and logistics infrastructure to service the import traffic of large and medium-sized special equipment, cars, etc. in the mode of an open customs warehouse. The investment project worth about 1.6 billion rubles will be implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation.
The first stage of the project is planned to be launched before the end of 2024. Upon completion of construction, the customs warehouse "Industrial Park Rovnoye" will become one of the components of the logistics hub for servicing import cargo traffic, launched this spring on the border with China by the resident of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ - the “TLT Kanikurgan” company. The implementation of the project will provide employment to about 30 local residents.
