Development vectors for the bridgehead zone of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ have been determined

A meeting of the working group on the development of the “Rovnoye” site of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ, established at the direction of the regional governor, took place in Blagoveshchensk. The event, attended by the FEDC “Amurskaya” (a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation) and the Amur Region Government, discussed the development concept for the bridgehead zone within the ASEZ boundaries.

The working group discussed the development concept for the “Rovnoye” site, considering its unique location in close proximity to the Blagoveshchensk–Heihe cross-border bridge, which offers broad prospects for growing industrial cooperation and effectively attracting foreign investment.

Currently, 15 residents are implementing investment projects at the site under agreements with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) with a total investment volume of 13.3 billion rubles. FEDC is negotiating with potential residents planning to implement new projects at the “Rovnoye” site. The total investment portfolio for the projects reaches 25 billion rubles, which will create approximately 220 new jobs. Of this amount, approximately 10 billion rubles are planned for investment in the project's development within the International Advanced Development Area (IADA), which will contribute to the creation of 80 new jobs.
