New resident of priority development area in Khabarovsk Region will start production of building materials in 2028

The production complex will be built on the “Parus” site of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. The project includes the construction of two production workshops with a total area of 720 sq. m, an administrative and amenity complex, and warehouses. The plant's capacity will allow it to produce up to 250 thousand square meters of corrugated sheets and up to 50 thousand panels of 3D fence mesh annually. The corrugated sheets will be made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating of varying thickness, which will ensure its durability, corrosion resistance, and a wide range of applications - from roofing and facades to fencing.
