In the Khabarovsk Technical College, as part of the renewal of the material and technical base of secondary vocational education institutions (SVE) in the Far East, with the support of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, modern training workshops were ceremoniously opened. New training platforms have been created in the following areas: "BIM Information Modeling Technologies", "Plumbing and Heating", "Electrical Installation", "Welding Technologies", "Geospatial Technologies", "Development of Computer Games and Multimedia Applications", "Web Technologies".
The opening ceremony was attended by students and teachers of the college, representatives of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), and the Ministry of Education and Science of Khabarovsk Krai. The workshops were built using funds from the Unified Presidential Subsidy of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East.
Grigory Smolyak, Director of the Department of Social Development of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, took part in the grand opening of the workshops. He noted that in 2024, 7 workshops were created in the college at the expense of the federal budget within the framework of the Plan for the Social Development of Economic Growth Centers of the Khabarovsk Region for a total of 36 million rubles.
In total, 96 workshops will be created in Khabarovsk Region over 3 years using funds from the Unified Presidential Subsidy for a total of 444 million rubles, including 29 workshops in 2024 for 139 million rubles, and 52 workshops in 2025 for 249 million rubles.
