The agreement provides for the establishment of a partnership and the development of long-term and effective strategic cooperation. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the “Roscongress” Foundation plan to provide mutual consulting, information, and expert support, and jointly organize forums, conferences, roundtables, and business meetings in Russia and abroad.
