FEDC presented preferential conditions and ready-made platforms for business at the conference "Far East and Arctic: Sustainable Development"

Nikolai Matsarsky, Deputy Director of the Investment Department of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), participated in a roundtable discussion titled "Construction in the Russian Far East and Arctic: Master Plans for Key Population Centers – From Paper Projects to Real Change." The event was held as part of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Far East and Arctic: Sustainable Development."

In his speech, Nikolai Matsarsky presented a comprehensive report on the system of state support measures available to investors in the macroregion and reported about the successful implementation of master plans for Far Eastern cities. He also presented in detail the opportunities offered by the preferential regimes managed by the FEDC: the Advanced Development Areas (ASEZ), the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the Kuril Islands of the Russian Federation (KIRF), and the Special Administrative District (SAD).

The presentation placed particular emphasis on the FEDC’s investment sites, where investors are provided with land plots equipped with all necessary utility infrastructure. The speaker presented a map of promising sites, including the “Zapadnaya” site near Vladivostok. As a successful example, he cited the “Nadezhdinskaya’ site, which is fully occupied by residents and where active construction of enterprises is already underway, as well as the rapidly developing “Rakitnoye” and “Parus” sites in Khabarovsk Region, “Kangalasy” in Yakutia, and others.
