In Vladivostok, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the Indian Chamber of International Business (ICIB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing cooperation between Russia and India in implementing joint investment projects, exchanging information on business support measures and assisting in organizing business missions and visits by delegations of the two countries. The document was signed by Deputy Director General for Investment Project Support of the FEDC Sergey Skaly and President of the Indian Chamber of International Business Mr. Manpreet Singh in the presence of the Consul General of India in Vladivostok Mr. Siddarth Gourav.
The signed memorandum will help attract investment and develop trade cooperation, which was also agreed upon by the leaders of the two states on the sidelines of the annual Russian-Indian summit in July of this year.
