On October 3, the official opening of the final event of the "Woman Leader. North and Far East" program took place in Kamchatka. The event was organized for residents of the Arctic and Far East as part of the "Woman Leader" program of the “Senezh” Management Workshop and the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum with the support of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic. About 120 people from 19 Far Eastern and Arctic regions of the country are participating.
Over the course of three days, the participants will undergo an educational program to develop competencies in the field of team leadership. On October 5, a presentation of social projects developed by the participants during the educational program took place.
The “Woman Leader” project has existed since 2020. More than 1,500 women from 42 countries and 84 regions of Russia have graduated from it. The educational project is being implemented by the “Senezh” Management Workshop with the support of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and the Council of the Eurasian Women's Forum. The mission of the “Woman Leader” program is to create a space for the development of successful women who are able to unite in a community and participate together in solving the country's priority socio-economic problems.
