Director General of the FEDC Nikolay Zapryagaev met with the finalists of the “Time of Heroes” program

Nikolay Zapryagaev, General Director of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), spoke to participants of the “Time of Heroes” educational program at the “Senezh” Management Workshop. 83 finalists of the program, participants of the Special Military Operation (SMO), more than 20 of whom are Heroes of Russia, gathered in Moscow to undergo the second training module. The program was developed to prepare highly qualified, competent managers from among the participants of the SMO for subsequent work in government agencies, as well as state-owned companies. He told the participants of the Program that over the past 10 years, a comprehensive system of macro regional management has been created in Russia. A powerful legislative base has been developed. Mechanisms have been launched, thanks to which the socio-economic development of these territories is now proceeding at a faster pace than the Russian average. "For the third year in a row, the Far East and the Arctic significantly exceed the Russian average in terms of investment volumes, construction volumes, housing commissioning, mineral extraction, and enterprise profitability. 4.2 trillion rubles of private investment have already been invested in the development of the macro region, and by 2030 this figure will reach 12 trillion. More than 1,000 new enterprises have been commissioned, 154 thousand new jobs have been created," Zapryagaev said.
