A new resident of the priority development territory "Khabarovsk", Management Company "Intekhstroy" will launch the production of concrete products for large-panel housing construction with a volume of more than 60 thousand cubic meters. The project, with an investment volume of over 1.6 billion rubles, will be implemented under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation. The initiator of the project is “AmurStroyMekhanizatsiya” LLC. The company specializes in the production of reinforced concrete products for large-panel residential buildings, road slabs, sidewalks and road curbs. 50 thousand cubic meters of building materials are produced here per year. The new project will increase the production of reinforced concrete structures for the construction of residential buildings by 60 thousand cubic meters by the autumn of 2026.
