Representatives of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation met in Arkhangelsk with entrepreneurs - residents of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

On August 13, a working meeting between representatives of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and residents of the Russian Arctic zone was held in Arkhangelsk at the Regional Development Agency. The event brought together over 40 regional companies for a direct dialogue on key issues and barriers to investment project implementation.

During the meeting, residents raised a wide range of issues related to various stages of the investment project life cycle. Particular attention was paid to topics such as preferential lending for the creation and reconstruction of utility and technological infrastructure, the application of reduced tax rates under the simplified tax system, and the allocation of land for projects.

Participants also discussed prospects for changes to tax legislation, the procedure for incorporating new types of activities into existing agreements, and residency requirements for development companies.
