A new resident of the FPV will launch production of women's clothing under its own brand in Primorye in 2026

Entrepreneur Alexander Zavyalov, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), will open a sewing production facility in the city of Ussuriysk in Primorsky Region, specializing in the manufacture of women's clothing. The production capacity will be from 3 thousand units of sewing products per month. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 3.3 million rubles will be invested in the project, and 10 jobs will be created.

"A law on the development of creative industries has been adopted in Primorsky Region, aimed at creating conditions for providing systemic measures of state support to business. The FEDC constantly strives to attract investors in this sector of the economy. Creative entrepreneurs are already becoming residents of the preferential regimes of the priority development areas and the Free Port of Vladivostok. The region is implementing 79 projects with a total investment volume of over 5.5 billion rubles, thanks to which over 4 thousand jobs have been created. Each resident has access to reduced insurance premiums of up to 7.6% for 10 years, zero property and profit taxes for the first 5 years and land taxes for the first 3 years, the possibility of using the free customs zone (FCZ) procedure, support in recruiting employees, legal protection, as well as comprehensive support from the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation," commented Aleksey Dunayev, Director of the FEDC “Primorye”.
