This year, one of the main themes of the "Far East Street" festival will be the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia. This theme will be explored through regional cultural programs and an introduction to the traditions of the peoples of the Far East. Specifically, the Primorsky Region pavilion will feature the “Yaritsa” and “Plyasunya” ensembles, Buryatia will present the “Altargana” festival, works by artists of decorative and applied arts, and national sports, while Chukotka will feature the “Ergyron” ensemble and bone carving master classes from the Uelen bone carving workshop.
The site also features themed spaces for federal agencies and organizations. These include the “Sports House” and the “GTO Arena” of the Russian Ministry of Sport, the "Developing the Far East" pavilion of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and Arctic and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, the “Sokol House” space, and the “VOIN” Center's facilities.
