Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on expanding the boundaries of the advanced development territory (            ASEZ) “Yakutia”. On an area of 0.7 hectares, the CDK “Center” company, in the status of a resident of the ASEZ, plans to build a 4-star hotel complex with 150 rooms. The total estimated volume of capital investments during the period of the investor's activity in the “Yakutia” ASEZ under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC) is estimated at 1.4 billion rubles, it is planned to create 73 jobs.
