FEDC prepared model business plans, as well as instructions for participants in the Hektar program
The Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC) has prepared and made publicly available model business plans and instructions for the development of land plots provided under the “Hektar program” in the Far East and the Arctic. The projects are developed in accordance with the current legislation, as well as for the most demanded types of activities on the land received free of charge.
The “Hectare program” is an opportunity to
quickly, free of charge, take land via the Internet and implement your plans on
it. More than 115 thousand people have already become participants in the
program. The instructions are collected in the most visual form and updated in
accordance with applicable law. The materials can be divided into two groups.
The first contains instructions for choosing a site, connecting it to the
infrastructure and providing building materials. The second group is model
business solutions. Business plan drafts include a description and an editable
financial model.
