Denis Hulukshinov, graduate of the “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” program, appointed Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Buryatia
Denis Hulukshinov, a graduate of the III “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” streaming program, assumed the post of Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Buryatia and Chairman of the Macro Forecasting Committee.
Denis graduated with honors from the “Peoples' Friendship University of Russia” with a degree in Finance and Credit, then received a PhD in Economics. He has published more than 30 scientific articles. His main research interests include investments, pricing, public–private partnerships, crowdfunding, project management, environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).
