"In the hotel industry, entrepreneurs with the status of residents of the ASEZ and FPV are implementing 41 projects, which have already received over 23 billion rubles in private investment and created over 1,200 jobs," said Sergey Moskalov, Director of the FEDC “Kamchatka”.
He spoke in detail about two investment sites within the “Kamchatka” ASEZ – the “Zelenovskie Ozerki” and “Paratunka” tourism and recreation clusters, which are aimed at developing family recreation and tourism.
Sixteen priority development area residents are implementing projects at the “Zelenovskie Ozerki” cluster. Investments in these projects range from 50 million rubles to over 7 billion rubles. This site is virtually fully equipped with all the necessary engineering infrastructure, allowing businesses to quickly launch new tourism projects with minimal investment. By 2032, facilities capable of accommodating over 1,500 people will be built here. Infrastructure at the “Paratunka” cluster site is being actively developed. By 2027, it will be provided with all the necessary resources. Residents are implementing projects that, when completed, will create over 700 tourist accommodations," noted Sergei Moskalov.
