A dry mix construction plant at the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ will begin operations in the summer of 2026

“Suhie Smesi” (“Dry mixes”) LLC, a resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ will launch a large-scale production facility for dry construction mixes in the summer of 2026. The facility, equipped with modern domestic equipment, is located at the “Rakitnoye” investment site. The plant's products will help maintain the high pace of construction in the region. This is in line with the goals of the federal "Housing" project, part of the presidential national project "Infrastructure for Life."

The investment project is being implemented with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Investments in the construction and launch of the plant currently total over 280 million rubles. A third of this amount is for equipment. The agreement with FEDC also creates 27 jobs. The plant is capable of producing all types of dry construction mixes, including gypsum and cement plasters for finishing work, tile adhesives, universal cement-sand mixtures, and more. The plant's capacity will allow for the production of approximately 20 tons of dry construction mixes per hour. The expected monthly production volume will range from 3,500 to 7,000 tons.
