A plant for the production of elements for large-panel housing construction at a resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ will begin operations in 2027

Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), private investment in the project totals 1.6 billion rubles (over 380 million rubles have already been invested), and over 300 jobs have already been created. The planned production capacity is 18,000 cubic meters per quarter. The new precast concrete plant's output will help ensure the planned growth of housing construction in the region, which is consistent with the state program "Development of Housing Construction in Khabarovsk Region." The program aims to achieve the goals of the federal "Housing" project, part of the presidential national project "Infrastructure for Life."
