Monolithic works are being completed in the first houses of the “Far Eastern Quarter” in Chita

The “Ryabinovaya Roshcha” residential quarter is being built in Chita as part of the “Far Eastern Quarter” program developed by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) in the “Transbaikal” ASEZ. The project was launched in August 2024.

The agreement on the project implementation was signed as part of the Far East Day at the “Russia” forum in January 2024. The signing ceremony was held in the presence of the head of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East Alexey Chekunkov and the governor of the Zabaikalsky Region Alexander Osipov. The quarter participates in the “Far Eastern Mortgage” program, which will allow future residents to purchase housing at a low interest rate of 2%.

As part of the first stage of construction, the developer is implementing four 17-storey buildings with a total area of ​​about 30 thousand square meters - they will be built by the end of 2026. In total, more than 36 hectares have been allocated for integrated residential development, on which housing for eight thousand residents will appear by the end of 2032 - this is more than 238 thousand square meters. Almost a third of the total area of ​​the territory will be allocated for improvement of public services.
