Vice-governor of Primorye, former commander of the Primorye volunteer detachment "Tiger" Sergei Viktorovich Efremov has passed away. He was a true patriot, a civil servant, for whom "defending the Motherland" was not just words. He proved his loyalty to the country in action, leaving the post of vice-governor in a difficult moment for Russia to go to the front.
