In Zabaikalsky Krai, the law "On the regulation of certain issues in the sphere of creative industries in Zabaikalsky Krai" was adopted in two readings. Among the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District, it became the first. The document defines measures of state support for creative entrepreneurs.
"The powers of the Legislative Assembly of the Zabaikalsky Krai and the regional government in the sphere of creative industries have been clearly delineated. In addition, possible support measures for representatives of the creative industries of the Zabaikalsky Krai have been defined - advisory, property, financial," said Sharmala Badmazhapova, Minister of Economic Development of Zabaikalsky Krai.
In accordance with the law, it is yet to be established the procedure for the formation and maintenance of the register of subjects of creative industries, and the criteria for classifying individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs as subjects of creative industries.
