A cadet of the “Muravyov-Amursky 2030” program will be responsible for working with investors in Chukotka.

Evgeny Yemets, a cadet of the II stream of the program for training management personnel for the civil service in the Far Eastern Federal District “Muravyov-Amursky 2030”, became Deputy Head of the Investment Attraction Directorate of the Department of Economics and Investment of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. Evgeny moved to the Far East from the Moscow region in 2020. Before that, he headed the NGO “Association of Sellers and Manufacturers of Window and Door Fittings.” While working in Kamchatka, he headed the research and special projects department of the ANO “Educational and Scientific Center of the Oikumene”, and then he was involved in attracting investors to implement projects in the region. When he was training under the program, he accepted an offer to join the management team of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug. His area of responsibility includes building a system for attracting and supporting projects and generating proposals for potential investors.
