Yuri Trutnev met with investors of the Jewish Autonomous Region
In Birobidzhan, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev, held a meeting on the implementation of investment projects in the Jewish Autonomous Region.
Eight investment projects are currently being implemented in the Jewish Autonomous Region with government support. More than 48 billion rubles have been invested in these projects, and more than 1.8 thousand jobs have been created. Three projects have already been put into operation.
Projects in the field of logistics infrastructure, industry, and agriculture were discussed at the meeting. Among them: the development of the cross-border transshipment complex “SOYUZ” and the transport and logistics complex of “Garant” LLC at the Nizhneleninskoye-Tongjiang border crossing. At the meeting, a project was presented to create a metallurgical cluster on the basis of the Kimkano-Sutar Mining and Processing Plant (production of hot briquetted iron); project for the construction of a modern complex for the production of mineral fertilizers; land reclamation project for the purpose of developing crop production and other projects.
