Yuri Trutnev: a recreation center for “Zvezda” SK employees will open in Bolshoy Kamen

During a working visit to Primorsky Region, on the eve of the opening of the "There Are Results" forum dedicated to the development of territories under the “United Russia” People's Program, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev, Secretary of the party's General Council and First Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council Vladimir Yakushev, and Primorsky Region Governor Oleg Kozhemyako inspected apartments and social infrastructure for employees of “Zvezda” LLC, as well as the provision of new apartments to orphans and people displaced from dilapidated, hazardous housing in the town of Bolshoy Kamen.

Construction of the modern “Zvezda” shipbuilding complex is underway in Bolshoy Kamen. The project will create over 7,500 jobs, necessitating the need to address a wide range of social security issues for workers, including housing.

Housing construction is underway simultaneously in seven microdistricts, with the participation of contractors from the “Zvezda” Shipbuilding Complex and the Primorsky Region Administration (“Solnechny” microdistrict). The housing delivery program has been underway since 2016. Forty-four residential buildings with 3,106 apartments have already been commissioned in five microdistricts. A total of over 5,000 apartments will be built.
