During a working trip to Primorsky Krai, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev got acquainted with the construction of housing and social infrastructure in the city of Bolshoy Kamen. The construction of seven residential buildings for employees of the «Zvezda» shipbuilding complex has been completed. There are more than 750 ready-to-live-in apartments in the houses. Applications of 670 people are under consideration by the housing commission of the enterprise. 70 apartments will be transferred to the city administration to provide housing for doctors, teachers and social workers. Financing of construction in the amount of 2.8 billion rubles was carried out at the expense of the “Unified subsidy” of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East. The cost of a square meter with finishing was 84.3 thousand rubles. New apartments will also be provided to residents of the city under the program for the resettlement of citizens from old, dilapidated buildings, as well as to eight orphans.
