Yuri Trutnev inspected the construction of a hotel and residential complex in the center of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk

During working trip to the Sakhalin Region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev visited a construction site in the center of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. A multifunctional business complex with office space, restaurants, and a hotel, as well as the "Legenda" residential complex, are being built there.

The multifunctional complex on Prospekt Mira is being developed by “Sakhalin Hotels” company, a resident of the “Sakhalin” ASEZ. Project implementation began in 2024, with completion scheduled for late 2026. The total investment will be 5.7 billion rubles.

The 4-star hotel will feature 135 rooms, restaurants, a panoramic lounge bar, a spa, and conference space for business events. The complex also includes a business center with 36 apartments with hotel services, office and commercial space, a seafood restaurant, and a food court. The hotel is within walking distance of the “Gorny Vozdukh” sports and entertainment complex.

Construction of the business-class residential complex "Legenda" has begun opposite the hotel. “Razvitie Sakhalina Spetszastroyshchik” company plans to open the first phase of the project—three 10-story buildings—in 2026. The second and third phases will include five more residential buildings, ranging from 10 to 18 stories. "Legenda" will feature a "car-free courtyard" concept. Parking will be located in the stylobate, and a landscaped park will be created on the grounds for all city residents to enjoy. 9.1 billion rubles have been allocated for the project.
