Yuri Trutnev checked the progress of investment projects in Kamchatka
As part of a working trip to the Kamchatka Region, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev, was acquainted with the implementation of a number of investment projects.
The Deputy Prime Minister heard plans for the development of the “Zelenovskie Ozerki” shopping center site in the “Kamchatka” ASEZ. Now the site includes agro-industrial and tourist-recreational clusters. Agreements have been concluded with 22 residents who plan to invest more than 10 billion rubles in projects and create over 467 jobs. The first project (Ozerki LLC for the construction of a recreation center) was put into operation. Yuri Trutnev was acquainted with the progress of construction of the Kamchatsky greenhouse complex for growing vegetable products in protected soil. The area of the new complex will be 3.6 hectares. Commissioning of the enterprise is planned before the end of this year. 100 jobs will be created.
The implementation of the hotel and entertainment complex “Honka Kamchatka” was also discussed. 950 million rubles were invested in the project. Three foundations were erected for the main buildings and the enclosing structures of two buildings, and equipment for the construction of utility networks was purchased. The creation of the “Honka Kamchatka” complex will continue with the participation of PJS AFC SISTEMA.
