The meeting discussed issues of increasing cargo traffic along the Northern Sea Route, the construction of ships and the readiness of the infrastructure of the northern waters. The sanctions of Western countries did not stop the implementation of investment projects in the Arctic, but created certain difficulties in terms of transportation volumes. A forecast was presented for achieving target indicators for cargo traffic along the Northern Sea Route in 2023 and 2024.
