"The project can be implemented faster. We visited the construction site a year ago. There are some changes, but I know well how to build wooden houses and am confident the work can proceed more quickly. We just talked about financing. When they tell me, they need another three months to sign the documents, I ask simple questions, like whether VEB.RF has any doubts. We can't force a bank to give a loan. The bank makes its own decision. But if the bank has no doubts, and they said they didn't, then we can move faster. I was told they're waiting for a government commission on the socio-economic development of the Far East to convene. It takes two days to hold it: announce the government commission meeting, invite the participants, and assemble them. "We need to build faster. Unfinished projects are unprofitable. Money has been invested, but there's no return. VEB.RF also has certain arguments. If 2.5 billion rubles have already been invested in a project, the company will achieve results," said Yuri Trutnev.
