Yuri Trutnev invited a Chinese delegation to participate in the Eastern Economic Forum in 2026

Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District, invited the Chinese delegation to participate in the 11th Eastern Economic Forum, which will be held September 1–4 in Vladivostok. The EEF is organized by the “Roscongress” Foundation.

"The Eastern Economic Forum will be held in Vladivostok in September. This is our key platform, focused on developing cooperation with countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including, of course, China. The President of the Russian Federation traditionally participates in the Forum, and China is one of the main guests at the Eastern Economic Forum. "We are looking forward to a representative Chinese delegation at the EEF this year," Yuri Trutnev noted during the sixth meeting of the Intergovernmental Russian-Chinese Commission on Cooperation and Development of the Russian Far East and the Northeast of the People's Republic of China, which took place in Harbin, China.
