Yuri Trutnev arrived in Khabarovsk

Dmitry Demeshin reported on the current socioeconomic situation in the region. This year, positive trends in key economic indicators have continued. By the end of 2025, the gross regional product in Khabarovsky Region reached 1.7 trillion rubles, a growth of 102.6%—higher than the national average. The region ranked first in the Far East and second in Russia for its industrial production index, which increased by 18.2%. "Today, Khabarovsky Region is showing steady growth in key economic indicators. Importantly, this gives tangible results for residents – incomes are increasing, jobs are being created, and the budget, which we are allocating to the development of the region, is being replenished," the regional governor noted. The positive trend continues in 2026. From January to May, enterprise turnover increased by 19.1%, industrial production grew by 11.3%, and tax revenues to the consolidated budget grew by 20%. Real household incomes increased by 6.4% in the first quarter of 2026, compared to the Russian average of 2.6%. During the meeting, the implementation of the Khabarovsk and Komsomolsk-on-Amur master plans, approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin, as well as the progress of construction of key infrastructure facilities under the Far Eastern presidential Unified Subsidy, were discussed.
