Yuri Trutnev proposed to change the legislation to speed up construction procedures in the Far Eastern Federal District. “Today, the preparatory stage associated with obtaining a building permit and paperwork takes as much time as the construction itself. Reducing the time required to complete documentation, reducing the number of documents create a significant positive effect,” said Yury Trutnev.
Following the discussions, Yuri Trutnev instructed the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, together with the Ministry of Construction of Russia, to work out additional measures to stimulate construction in the Far East.
