Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev visited the Center for Military Sports Training and Patriotic Education of Youth “WARRIOR”, which began work in Kamchatka in April.
In the Far East, this is already the fourth regional branch of the Organization. On April 15, a branch opened on Sakhalin, and a year before this, “WARRIOR” branches began operating in the Khabarovsk Region and the Republic of Buryatia, showing excellent results - especially in terms of creating programs adapted to the characteristics of the region. The Kamchatka branch of the Center operates based on Elizovskaya Secondary School No. 3. Here, a classroom and a gym are provided for the needs of the branch, and on the school grounds, there is a place for shooting training. The center is equipped with the most modern facilities. According to the head of the region, Vladimir Solodov, the necessary material and technical base was prepared in a short time and in quantities sufficient for two sites. In the near future, a second division of the organization will open in one of the secondary schools of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
