Yuri Trutnev: The Russian President’s order on the implementation of master plans will be fulfilled

Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev held a meeting on the implementation of long-term plans for the integrated development of cities in the Amur Region. "In the Amur Region, long-term comprehensive plans for four cities have been approved - Blagoveshchensk, Tynda, Svobodny and Belogorsk, a master plan for the closed administrative-territorial entity Tsiolkovsky has been drafted, and the general plan for the agglomeration of Svobodny and Tsiolkovsky is at an advanced stage of readiness. Key projects are already being implemented in each of them. A regional headquarters has been created. It includes the regional government, heads of municipalities, and representatives of development institutions. The headquarters meets weekly. Work is carried out on an ongoing basis in the project management information system under the supervision of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the FEDC," noted Vasily Orlov, Governor of the Amur Region. "Work on implementing master plans has begun. Stadiums and libraries are being restored in the Amur Region. A lot of work is being done to provide master plans with funding. It is necessary for the events to be reflected in state programs and national projects. This work is underway. We will do everything to fulfill the President's instructions so that people receive comfortable living conditions," Yuri Trutnev summed up the meeting.
