Yuri Trutnev: more than 800 films were submitted for the third season of the All-Russian competition for the best travel “Far East – Land of Adventure”

According to the results of the third season of the "Far East—Land of Adventure" competition, 859 films were submitted for jury evaluation, almost 50% more than in the second season. This was announced by the project's initiator, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev.

The deadline for applications for Season III of the competition was January 15, 2026. Sakhalin Region leads the way in terms of the number of films shot in the Far Eastern Federal District, with 177 videos, Primorsky Region with 121 films, Kamchatka with 83 films, and Khabarovsk Region with 70 films. Fifty-nine videos were made about travel in the Republic of Buryatia, 51 short films about the Amur Region, 50 films about the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) (including seven in the "Arctic Journey" category), and 35 videos about the Jewish Autonomous District. Participants submitted 32 films about tourist routes in the Zabaikalsky Region, 28 films about the Chukotka Autonomous District (including six in the "Arctic Journey" category), and 20 videos about the Magadan Region.
