Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev met with the commanders and military personnel of the Russian army in the zone of the special military operation in the Donetsk People's Republic, visited different sectors of the front, including the sectors where active fighting is underway, and personally convinced that the support provided to the military is really important.
The Deputy Prime Minister handed over to the combatants vehicles provided by Far Eastern enterprises. The servicemen received three highly passable tactical all-terrain vehicles "Erofey", which are produced by the Khabarovsk enterprise "Soniktrans". Three quad bikes of the Yakut enterprise “YAKT-SOKOL” LLC were handed over, which make it possible to travel in various road conditions, including on soils with a weak bearing surface and the ability to overcome small water obstacles. From the Jewish Autonomous Region, three locally assembled buggies were provided, assembled on the basis of Niva off-road vehicles. The cars were purchased and manufactured at the personal expense of the regional governor Rostislav Goldstein, residents and entrepreneurs of the region, members of the United Russia party. In addition, the military received six pickup trucks for transporting people and goods. Semi-automatic rifles, high-precision sniper systems and ammunition for them were also delivered.
