Yuri Trutnev got acquainted with the progress of construction of facilities within the framework of the Blagoveshchensk master plan

During his working visit to the Amur Region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev got acquainted with the progress of construction of a number of facilities included in the Blagoveshchensk master plan. Among them are the construction of a cross-border cable car and the creation of the multifunctional pavilion "Tribuna-Hall". Before inspecting the master plan objects, Yuri Trutnev visited the site of the second stage of construction of engineering structures for flood protection on the Zeya River in the Blagoveshchensk village of Vladimirovka and got acquainted with the progress of construction of the coastal protection structure. The structure will protect the territory, where more than two thousand people live, from floods. The construction is planned to be completed by 2027. The height of the structure will be up to 7 meters, the length will be more than 8.2 km, and the width will vary throughout its length from 15 to 40 meters. The Deputy Prime Minister inspected the construction of a cross-border cable car across the Amur River. It will connect the cities of Blagoveshchensk and the Chinese city of Heihe. This will be the world's first cable car between the two countries. Its length will be 976 meters. It will operate on the principle of a funicular and transport cabins with a capacity of up to 110 people. The capacity of the lines will be 1,788 passengers per hour in one direction or 6,800 people per day, and the total annual passenger flow in both directions will be about 2.5 million people. The cable car will operate on a pendulum principle: two parallel lines - two cabins. The air journey will take 6 minutes, the interval between flights is 15 minutes.
