Yuri Trutnev inspected the “Petrovskaya Sopka” business and social center under construction on Russky Island

During a working visit to Primorsky Region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev inspected the progress of construction of the “Petrovskaya Sopka” Center on Russky island.

“Interros” is creating a modern business center. The project is being implemented by “Business Center Russkiy Ostrov (Island)” LLC (a subsidiary of “Interros”), a resident of the “Primorye” ASEZ under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).

“Interros”'s investment in the business center's construction will total up to 5.3 billion rubles. “T-Technologies”, a company within the “Interros” ecosystem, is the key co-investor in the “Petrovskaya Sopka” project.

According to the company's management, the “Petrovskaya Sopka” business center will become the island's calling card, a home for SAR residents, and a cultural and public space for Primorye residents. It will make a significant contribution to the region's infrastructure and enhance its investment appeal. It will become a prominent part of a modern, comfortable urban environment, create new jobs, increase tax revenues to budgets at all levels, and create conditions for attracting specialists from other cities.
