Yuri Trutnev: EEF-2023 will sum up the ten-year development of the Far East
In Vladivostok, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia - Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev held a meeting on preparations for the VIII Eastern Economic Forum.
“The next eighth Eastern Economic Forum is approaching. The forum is, in a certain sense, jubilee: the work to fulfill the instructions of the President on the development of the Far Eastern regions, when Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin defined the development of the Far East as a national priority for the entire 21st century, is celebrating ten years this year. At the Forum, we will sum up the results of this work, report to the President on what has been achieved during this period and what other tasks remain to be solved,” Yury Trutnev opened the meeting. Considerable attention at the EEF-2023 will be paid to the conduct of the Special Military Operation. “A special military operation is underway. A whole kaleidoscope of sanctions has been declared against our country. And we must look at how to achieve continued development in this situation.
